Ingredients
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 7 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
  • pinch ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (28-ounce) can peeled San Marzano tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 8 hours, mashing with a potato masher every hour or so.
