Whole Foods Product Review: Organic Garlic & Herb Fresh Goat Cheese

Even for goat cheese enthusiasts, this goat cheese will still knock your socks off.

For starters, it is sold in a small 4-ounce package. The compact size is ideal for both enjoying as is and for cooking, since goat cheese has a very distinct and pronounced flavor, so recipes don't usually call for a huge amount of it. 

The goat cheese is flavored very well. The mixture of garlic and herbs complements the cheese itself and adds an extra layer of flavor compared to plain goat cheese. 

The soft, creamy texture is perfect for spreading on crackers or bread. But it is also able to stand alone and would be perfect on a sandwich or crumbled on a spinach, cranberry, and walnut salad.
