Want Some Pizza With That Vasectomy?

Well that's one way to get some customers: a Cape Code urology center is offering free pizza to anyone who gets a vasectomy, complete with one topping.

This, of course, has led to a ton of quips, including "ouch potato," and "pie for the sterile guy." Practice administrator Evan Cohen even told the Cape Cod Times, "Maybe you can put some meatballs on it."

We don't think anyone will go for a vasectomy just for free pie, but the Urology Associates of Cape Cod says a vasectomy now would be perfect timing, since patients need to recover for a couple days. March Madness, free pizza, and an excuse to stay on a couch all day?

Of course, a vasectomy may not be necessary since mens' sperm count may decrease from a fatty diet — just keep eating pizza, we guess. Won't be free, but it just might work.
