There's no better time to bust out the passion fruit and bubbly to celebrate the start of spring. The Ultimat Sparkler is made by The Crown's James Menite.

Ingredients
- 2 ounce ultimat vodka
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit purée
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- dash of blue curacao
- 1 1/2 ounce champagne
Directions
- Garnish with a starfruit wedge. Serve in a champagne flute.
