2015 Michelin Guide Netherlands Released

Following the recent release of the 2015 Michelin Kansai guide for Japan's Kansai region as well as the 2015 Michelin guide for Italy, the Michelin guide for the Netherlands has been released featuring new additions to its two-star category.

The 2015 guide has three new two-starred restaurants including De Lindehof in Nuenen; Librije's Zusje in Amsterdam; and 't Nonnetje in Harderwijk.

Additionally, five restaurants received their first star, including FG Food Labs in Rotterdam; Ratatouille Food & Wine in Haarlem; Wiesen in Eindhoven; Sinne in Amsterdam; and Sazanka, also in Amsterdam.

The 2015 guide also added 22 new Bib Gourmand addresses to its 2015 guide. According to the press release, the Bib Gourmand category has fast been on the rise in the Netherlands.
