Transforming The World We Drink In
Very few of the things that make our lives better suffer through such a violent and tumultuous life as wine. Neither food, music, literature nor art (which all tend to evolve slowly), ever really abandon their roots in the way that wine does.

What and who transforms wine can sometimes be surprising, and once their good deeds are done they can frequently fail victim to their own success, but let's not begrudge them that. Let's all rejoice in the transformation of wine and realize that the pendulum of change will always swing back and forth. Our fortune is simply being in the right place at the right time.
