The Only 2 Ingredients You Need For Luscious Fudge Cookies
By Jessica Fleming-Montoya
If you don't have traditional cookie components, this two-ingredient fudge cookie recipe is easy to make. All you need is semi-sweet chocolate chips and plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
These cookies can be made in less than 30 minutes. Use semi-sweet chocolate chips, as they have less sugar and more cocoa solids, which help the cookies to set.
Melt them in a double-boiler or microwave, then mix them into strained room-temperature Greek yogurt — use 1 cup of chips to ½ cup of nonfat yogurt that's low in sugar.
When mixed, scoop the cookies onto a lined baking sheet before the chocolate hardens. Bake them for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and sprinkle sugar on top.
