The Chef Who Once Cooked For The Queen And Now Runs A Food Cart

Darren McGrady calls himself the "Royal Chef" as he has cooked for Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, and Princes William and Harry (plus five U.S. presidents).
McGrady started as a carrot peeler for the Queen’s horses and worked his way up to Senior Chef, before being assigned to Diana’s family. After her 1997 death, he moved to America.
Wanting to help legitimize the food truck industry with advanced cooking skills, McGrady began a mobile restaurant chain called Winston's British Fish N Chips in 2023.
In addition to battered cod and chicken wings, McGrady plans to add bread-and-butter pudding, Princess Diana's favorite dessert, to the food truck's menu.
