Among the secret menu items McDonald's has chosen to promote is the Crunchy Double, which combines the chain's beloved McNuggets and juicy beef patties.
It features Chicken McNuggets, two beef patties, pickles, ketchup and mustard, chopped onions, two slices of American cheese, and barbecue sauce for an added kick.
One of the easiest ways to order this item is by asking for it by name or ordering McNuggets with barbecue sauce and a Double Cheeseburger.
Whichever method you choose, you'll have to put the whole thing together yourself, by pilling the nuggets and sauce onto your burger. The result will be well worth it.
