Transforming cake batter into cupcakes is a straightforward process so long as you consider factors like bake time, temperature, and using the right ingredients.

Once you decide on a cake recipe, prepare the batter as usual. Avoid overmixing and instead, mix it until it’s just smooth to maintain a light and fluffy texture.

Next, prepare your muffin tin by adding cupcake liners and distributing the batter evenly among them. Fill each one about two-thirds of the way to prevent them from overflowing.

Bake the cupcakes according to the recipe’s instructions. Because cupcakes are smaller than a typical cake, they will only need around 15-20 minutes to bake.

Use leavening agents like baking soda and baking soda for extra fluffy cupcakes. These produce tiny gas bubbles that expand in the oven, turning the cupcakes light and airy.

Leavening agents can also add a lovely golden brown hue to your cupcakes. Be sure to use the appropriate amount, as using too much can leave behind an unpleasant, soapy taste.
