Even For Curd Haters, Whipped Cottage Cheese Is The New Wave

These days TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are all about whipped cottage cheese. It is easy to make, and even people who usually hate the soft curds admit it's pretty tasty.
Simply put it in a food processor or blender and let it rip. This is key for cottage cheese haters, as the aversion to the curds is often due to the texture.
By whipping it, all the little curds are broken down, leaving behind a pudding-like texture. It is great on toast, adds protein to smoothies, and makes a healthy ice cream treat.
Try whipping your cheese in the blender with some cocoa or cacao powder and low-calorie sweetener or blending in a little regular honey and mustard for a honey mustard dip.
You could also blend in some chili powder, cumin, cayenne, or Italian seasoning. Really any flavor that goes with dairy will probably taste good with whipped cottage cheese.
