  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
