Savannah Food & Wine Festival Returning To Georgia
The Savannah Food & Wine Festival will return to the Southern Georgia city for the week of Nov. 11 to 17, bringing the best of industry experts, chefs, sommeliers, and more.
Festival attendees will get to enjoy a weeklong celebration of food and drinks, with extravagant wine dinners, tastings, sampling of rare wines, and cooking demonstrations from local and award-winning celebrity chefs, including Hugh Acheson, Chris Hastings, Steven Satterfield, and Elizabeth Terry.
The festival will kick off Monday, Nov. 11, with an outdoor, tented, evening Farm to Table Wine Dinner at the grounds of Bethesda Academy. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m., featuring former Savannah restaurateur Elizabeth Terry, who will prepare a first course of crab-stuffed flounder, followed by the main course by chef Kirk Blaine, and dessert by Dusty Grove.
