Saffron Banana Honey Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 cup coconut water or apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of saffron (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
