Cancún-Riviera Maya Wine & Food Festival: March 15-18
With its alluring clear seas and a coastline that seems never-ending, the Riviera Maya may just be the perfect getaway. And if that wasn't enough, a huge culinary event is coming to its shores this month — the Cancún—Riviera Maya Wine & Food Festival (March 15 to 18). It will celebrate Mexican cuisine and chefs of the Americas with 24 of the most acclaimed chefs from around the world. Ferran Adrià will be making a much buzzed-about appearance at the festival as its guest of honor, alongside other star chefs like Jacques Pépin, Aarón Sanchez, Paulina Abascal from Mexico, Mara Salles from Brazil, and more.

With Mayan ruins and turquoise waters as a backdrop, there isn't a better place to rub elbows with culinary superstars and indulge in some of their mouthwatering bites.
