Richard Blais, Fabio Viviani Join 'Top Chef' Cruise

Here's some more bait to get you to splurge upward of $700 on a cruise trip filled with crazy food fanatics: The Top Chef cruise has just announced more additions to the lineups, including Top Chef All Stars winner Richard Blais, Top Chef Just Desserts' Yigit Pura, Top Chef: Texas' Paul Qui, and naturally, Fabio Viviani.

Also, there's more details on the activities (other than the standard Q&As with mildly famous people). As the ship sails from Miami to Key West, Fla., and Cozumel, Mexico, Top Chef cruise-goers will get "behind-the-scenes" kitchen tours, show off their cooking skills in live "Quickfire" challenges, and also ask Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons their "burning questions."

More importantly, French chef Hubert Keller will be DJing an evening dance party (!), plus there will be an exclusive "Dining in the Dark" meal. Not too sure about that last one (Eater editors apparently hated that whole schtick), but Keller DJing would be worth seeing. We wonder if he's into the new Biebs album (or possibly One Direction?).
