The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco's Lobby Lounge: The Perfect Spot

With sweeping views of downtown San Francisco, The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco lobby lounge is a perfect spot for afternoon tea or a post-dinner cocktail.

The marble entrance, floor to ceiling windows, modern gold leaf chandeliers, and yellow and grey comfortable chairs provide a sophisticated setting. Afternoon tea is served every first and third Saturday of the month and includes cucumber and goat cheese, egg salad, smoked salmon and prosciutto sandwiches; house made scones with Devonshire cream and jam; and a variety of cakes, tarts, and, pastries.

Light fare is also served daily, including duck fat fries, brick oven pizza, a smoked turkey club sandwich, and a traditional cheeseburger. Handcrafted cocktails include the Blood and Sand with scotch, vermouth, orange juice, and maurin quinoa; the El Diablo with tequila, blackberry, and ginger beer; and the Hemingway Daiquiri with rum, maraschino and grapefruit and lime juices.

The JCB Tasting Lounge is a new dark purple luxury wine tasting lounge offering rare wines in an intimate setting. The lounge offers tasting flights and light fare alongside a retail boutique selling custom designed jewelry, gifts, and perfumes.
