The second cocktail, the Golden Mare, takes the Bitter Fortune to whole different dimension using Mediterranean herbs, rosemary, and basil, to shadow Ling Ling Mykonos. Last but certainly not least, the Chilli Coupette, is inspired by the aromatic spices of Morocco such as cardamom and chili to stimulate a sense of Marrakech.
Hakkasan was founded over a decade ago and is one of the world's most renowned restaurants. It's known for its contemporary twist on traditional Cantonese cuisine.
