- 8 ounce mixed nuts (we use ½ cashews, ¼ almonds, and ¼ pecans)
- 2 tablespoon ranch dressing, such as tessemae’s zesty ranch
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- coarse salt
- ground pepper
- Heat your oven to 350. Toss the nuts, zesty ranch, half of the onion powder, half of the dill weed, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until fragrant and toasted, 6-8 minutes. While still warm, toss with the remaining onion powder and dill.
- To store, cool to room temperature and put in an airtight container, up to one week.
