Ingredients
- 2 hawaiian roll buns
- 2 ounce garlic aïoli
- pinch of salt
- 3 ounce vermont cheddar
- 2 pickles
- 6 ounce ground beef
Directions
- Separate ground beef into two 3-ounce patties; season with salt.
- In skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat until medium-rare.
- Add Cheddar to patties.
- Heat Hawaiian roll buns.
- Add garlic aïoli and pickles, and serve.
