Ingredients
2 cup watermelon, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small log of organic herbed goat cheese
himalayan rock salt or course salt
1/2 cup pea tendrils
Directions
On a serving plate, stack pieces of watermelon. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, olive oil, pea tendrils, and rock salt.
Enjoy with a glass of chilled rosé.
