- 2 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small log of organic herbed goat cheese
- himalayan rock salt or course salt
- 1/2 cup pea tendrils
Directions
- On a serving plate, stack pieces of watermelon. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese, olive oil, pea tendrils, and rock salt.
- Enjoy with a glass of chilled rosé.
