In celebration of National Hot Cocoa Day on Dec. 13 and the December opening of W Verbier, W’s first alpine ski retreat, W Hotels of NY are serving up a boozy Chocolat Chaud that will be sure to knock your (snow) boots off this holiday season. The drink will be available at The Living Rooms of W New York, W New York – Downtown, and W New York – Union Square for $14 to $16. This exclusive wintery drink was created by the mixologist of W Verbier, Gilles Bontems. The hotel opened on Dec. 1, 2013 in Verbier, Switzerland.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce grand saint bernard jaune
- .6 ounce honey
- 3.3 ounce chocolate
Directions
- Mix ingredients until thoroughly blended and heat until desired temperature on the stovetop.
- Top with Chanitilly.
