Virgil’s BBQ Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 15 chicken wings
  • 4 ounce butter
  • 3 ounce hot sauce
  • 1.5 ounce virgil’s dry rub (recipe follows)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 11 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 5 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 3 tablespoon dried garlic flakes
  • 3 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions
  1. Mix all items together and marinate chicken for 24 hours.
  2. Remove wings from marinade and place on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle with the dry rub (recipe follows).
  4. Bake wings on a sheet pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove with oven and toss with hot sauce and butter.
  6. Serve hot!
  7. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
