- 8 ounce soft yellow cheese, such as velveeta or american
- ½ cup milk
- 4 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- pinch of cracked black pepper
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 2 cup pasta noodles, cooked until al dente
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with butter.
- Heat the Velveeta cheese and milk in a saucepan over medium low heat, stirring until well blended. Then, add the mozzarella and continue heating the cheese sauce gently, stirring occasionally, until fully combined.
