Ingredients
  • 1 serving vegan protein, such as vega one™ nutritional shake
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ½ cup ground chia seeds (or oats)
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • maple syrup or agave nectar, to taste (optional)
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and roll into balls. If the mixture feels too dry, add a teaspoon of water and adjust until you reach a rollable, dough-like consistency.
  2. Store ball in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
