- 1 large egg
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 package chocolate chip cookie mix, preferably krusteaz triple chocolate chunk cookie mix
- 2 tubs vanilla frosting
- 1 1/2 cup colored chocolate candies
- non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Stir together egg, butter, and cookie mix until dough forms.
- Spray the 9-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread cookie dough evenly onto pizza pan.
- Bake 25 minutes, or until edges become golden brown. Let cool before frosting.
- Decorate cooled cookie cake with frosting and colored chocolate candies.
- To frost the cookie cake, use a piping tip to decorate the edges.
- Top frosting with chocolate candies.
- Use a very sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the cake into slices.
