- 1 cup finely diced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- dash of olive oil (optional)
- Combine the first 7 ingredients together in a small bowl, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Before serving, drizzle with the olive oil, if using.
