Table & Main's Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients
6 pound collards, chopped
1 pound bacon
1/2 pound yellow onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flake
2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 cup ham broth, or beef broth
Directions
Cook the bacon until frothy. Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent.
Add the black and red pepper, salt, sugar, broth, vinegar, and collards and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook, covered, until tender, about two hours.
