- 50 milliliter grey goose la poire
- 15 milliliter domaine de canton ginger liqueur
- 20 milliliter fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh clove
- 10 milliliter ginger syrup
- Shake well and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg and a pear slice.
