Ingredients
- 1 -1/2 cups fresh crab meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt & pepper to taste
- 12 snow peas
- 12 sea salt & cracked black pepper pretzel crisps
- chives for garnish
Directions
- Mix crab meat, mayonnaise and spices together in a bowl. Place one snow pea on each Pretzel Crisp. Spoon about a tablespoon of crab on top (tip: use a small ice cream scoop for uniform size). Garnish with chopped chives.
