How to Make Ricotta-Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms

Ingredients
  • 8 zucchini blossoms, stamens removed
  • 17 ounce ricotta
  • 7 ounce mozzarella
  • 3 ounce parmesan
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 4-6 cup oil for frying
Directions
  1. Combine cheeses, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  2. Using a piping bag or spoon, fill each zucchini blossom with the mixture.
  3. Fold over petals to close the opening.
  4. Mix water and flour.
  5. Dip each blossom into the mixture and deep fry in oil for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
