Ingredients

  • 2 ounce rum, preferably mount gay eclipse
  • 4 ounce ginger beer
  • 1 teaspoon activated charcoal
  • 1 grapefruit, carved out

Directions

  1. Mix rum and activated charcoal in a glass with ice.
  2. Strain into carved out grapefruit and top with ginger beer.
