- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
- 4 corn tortillas
- 14 ounce salsa, such as rojo’s homestyle salsa
- 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
- cilantro (optional)
- fresh lime juice, to garnish
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned. Spoon steak onto tortillas; sprinkle with onions and cilantro; drizzle with salsa. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling.
