Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce montelobos mezcal
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce aperol
  • 3 drops brooklyn hemispherical rhubarb bitters
  • 1 small egg white
  • 1 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
Directions
  1. Dry shake the egg white, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass.
