Ingredients
  • 2 parts cruzan single barrel rum
  • 1/4 part ginger syrup
  • wheat beer
  • 1/2 part lime juice
  • 2 parts simple syrup
  • 1 parts grated ginger
Directions
  1. Combine rum, lime, and ginger syrup in a pint glass and slowly pour half of the beer into the glass. Add a few ice cubes and finish pouring the beer.
  2. Mix in the ginger and simple syrup in a pot; heat until thoroughly mixed and cool. Strain and serve.
