Slow-Cooker French Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove roasted garlic, minced
- pinch of salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Dice the onions, and place them in your slow cooker with the vegetable oil, butter, salt, and brown sugar. Cook on high for 8 minutes until caramelized. Remove the onions from the slow cooker, strain them, and allow them to cool.
- Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, and onions together until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve.
