Slow cooker beef minestrone soup

Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef stew meat, trimmed and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 package of mccormick® slow cookers vegetable beef soup seasoning
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked small pasta
Directions
  1. Place beef, beans and vegetables in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Seasoning Mix and water until blended.
  3. Pour over beef mixture.
  4. Cover the slow cooker.
  5. Cook 8 hours on LOW.
  6. Stir in pasta.
  7. Cover the slow cooker.
  8. Cook 20 minutes longer on HIGH or until pasta is tender.
  9. Stir before serving.
