Ingredients
  • 1 ounce plymouth gin
  • 1 ounce plymouth sloe gin
  • 3/4 ounce honey syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 dashed orange bitters
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Directions
  1. Lightly muddle rosemary stick in a shaking tin, then add all ingredients and shake with ice in a mixing glass. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or over a large rock in a tumbler. Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
