Ingredients
- 2 pound unsalted butter, softened, plus more for the soufflé dishes
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 large eggs, at room temperature
- 5 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 6 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnut pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Using an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and eggs to the butter mixture 1 egg at a time. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring to combine. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix again until smooth.
- Grease soufflé dishes with butter and place 8 ounces of the cookie dough in each dish, spreading the mixture so it reaches all sides. Bake until cookies are golden brown on the outside with a gooey center, about 12-15 minutes.
- Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of a warm cookie. Drizzle the chocolate sauce and caramel sauce in opposite directions over the cookie and ice cream. Sprinkle the walnuts over the cookie portion of the dessert, and top with a dusting of powdered sugar. Serve warm.
