Skeleton Chocolate Cut Out Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 11 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and mix well. Wrap dough in waxed paper and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Divide dough in half. Roll out each half thinly. Cut with gingerbread man cookie cutters. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Decorate with icing to create your skeletons.
