- 1 package linguine, or other pasta of your choice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- parmesan cheese, grated
- parsley, minced
- Boil water and cook pasta until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat oil and garlic and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat until garlic turned golden brown.
- Drain pasta and put directly in the saucepan. Toss to coat in the garlic infused oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Top generously with freshly grated parmesan cheese, and an extra crack of black pepper, and parsley.
