The Silencer, made at Capo's in San Francisco, is one unique cocktail that updates the traditional Campari and soda: with Carpano Antica, a sweet vermouth.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce campari
- 1/2 ounce carpano antica
- seltzer water, to garnish
- orange twist, to garnish
Directions
- Combine in a shaker and strain into a glass. Top with seltzer water and garnish with orange twist. If available, rim the glass with brandy crystals.
