Sensitive Skin Oatmeal Mask

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup full fat plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Directions
  1. Grind oatmeal into a fine powder with a spice grinder.
  2. Mix oatmeal grinds with yogurt, egg, honey and coconut oil.
  3. Spread evenly on face and neck.
  4. Allow to set for 15 to 20 minutes. Wipe off with a warm washcloth
