Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- fill a big bowl with your favorite greens
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Whisk together all of the ingredients and set aside.
- Toss together the salad ingredients and drizzle the dressing on the salad just before serving.
