Salt-Roasted Potatoes
If you love potaotes try roasting them on a salt bed!

Ingredients
- 1 pound small red, purple, and yellow potatoes
- plucked rosemary
- chopped parsley
- minced garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- morton® coarse sea salt
- peppercorns
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss cleaned potatoes in olive oil and minced garlic and set aside.
- In a baking pan pour an even amount of coarse sea salt making a salt bed.
- Sprinkle peppercorns and rosemary on salt bed.
- Line pan with potaotes. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
