Rum & Port Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce mount gay black rum
  • 1 ounce ruby port
  • 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
  • 2 wedges lemon
  • 1 wedge orange
Directions
  1. Muddle lemon, orange and sugar syrup in a rocks glass.
  2. Fill with ice then pour in rum and port.
  3. Stir and pull everything through the ice.
  4. Garnish with orange wheel & sprig of thyme.
