Ingredients
- 1 bag ruffles original potato chips
- 1 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 pound bbq pulled pork
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon white onions, diced
- 6-7 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 dollop sour cream
Directions
- In a small pot or microwaveable bowl, heat nacho cheese sauce, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- Also heat homemade or prepared BBQ pulled pork according to package directions.
- Place RUFFLES Potato Chips onto serving tray and top with warm nacho cheese sauce.
- Add BBQ pork, then sprinkle on cheddar cheese, white onions, and jalapenos.
- Garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve and enjoy!
