- 8 ounce teavana ruby spice cider loose leaf tea
- 8 ounce water
- 8 ounce rock sugar, preferably teavana’s
- 6 ounce cognac
- 3 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounce ginger juice
- 5 ounce ruby spice tea syrup
- 6 ounce sparkling wine
- lemon wheels, for garnish
- cloves, for garnish
- apple slices, for garnish
- orange wheels, for garnish
- cinnamon, for garnish
- star anise, for garnish
- In a saucepan, combine loose leaf tea, water, and rock sugar.
- Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let sit for 20–25 minutes.
- Fine strain.
- In a mixing glass, stir together all ingredients.
- Strain into punch bowl over large ice cubes.
- Garnish with lemon wheels studded with cloves, apple slices, orange wheels, cinnamon and star anise.
