Ingredients
5 handfuls spinach leaves
3 apples, cored and chopped
3 stalks of celery
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon coconut oil, plus more to taste
1 cup chilled water or coconut water
1/2 banana (optional)
fish oil supplement (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients together in a blender and purée until smooth. Add more liquid as required to reach desired consistency. Serve over ice.
